Training Workshop on dynamic safety and management for staff grade prison officers has been organized and conducted on 25\/26 March 2021 at the auditorium of the Jetwing Light House Hotel-Galle. 33 officers including the Superintendent of Prisons, Assistant Superintendent of Prisons, Chief Jailors, and Class 1 Jailors participated to the workshop.<\/p>\n
Knowledge on the methodology of facing challenges as a manager, effective leadership, role of a manager and how to be a role model, dynamic security and management, how to communicate productively at the workplace was given at the training.<\/p>\n
The opening of the workshop was held under the patronage of the Hon. State Minister of Prison Management and Prisoners Rehabilitation, Mr.Lohan Ratwatte.
