Commissioner General of Prisons, Mr Thushara Upuldeniya cordially invited Hon. Attorney-General Mr Dappula Levera and the senior staff of the Attorney General Department to visit the Colombo Remand Prison and to deliver a speech to the Senior officials of Department of Prisons on the prevailing condition of the unlawful activities conduct inside prisons and its effects to the national security of the country at the Center for Research, Training for Correction. This occasion is marked as the first-ever visit of an Hon. Attorney General to a prison institute.
